The 2024 Austin Family Reunion will be held from June 21-23, 2024 in Houston, TX. Please read through the information below to plan your trip. This year, we have included a few family adventures and excursions to make the most of our time together.
STAY
You are welcome to arrive and depart any time that fits your family schedule. Each family will be responsible for booking their own travel and stay; however, we were able to obtain a group rate for our family at the Staybridge Suites in Houston-Humble. This will help to keep our families together and near the activities.
Some amenities included with your stay are:
Outdoor pool available from 8am-10pm
Complimentary laundry room with washers and dryers (located on the 1st floor. Fabric sheets and soap are available for sale)
Hot and cold breakfast offered every day
M-W afternoon socials with complimentary wine and beer
Fitness room with 24 hour key access, on the 1st floor
Rooms include a kitchenette including cooktop, dishwasher, pots/pans/dishes, microwave, and refrigerator.

DAY 1:

Join us for a Meet & Greet Friday afternoon. A seafood boil style meal will be provided.
DAY 2:
DAY 2:
On Saturday, take advantage of the morning breakfast provided at the hotel and enjoy your morning at your leisure.
At 3pm, the festivities begin at the Eagle Springs Clubhouse. Transportation will not be provided so please plan to arrive on time with your entire crew so you don’t miss out on any of the events.
BBQ style lunch will be served at the venue.
Activities will also include:
Family group pictures
Games for the kids, teens, and adults
Family slideshow
Music/dancing
Make sure you attend to cast your vote for the next family reunion location.
DAY 3:
DAY 3:
As we all prepare for our departure, we’ll gather one last time for a tour of the NASA Space Center in Houston. Bus Transportation will be provided to and from Staybridge Hotel.
Plan to eat breakfast prior to boarding the tour bus. Food will not be provided during the tour but is available at the space center for sale.
If you are planning to depart on Sunday, please note that you likely will not be able to attend this event and recommend late evening Sunday departures (i.e., after 10pm) or after. This tour will not return to the hotel until late Sunday evening. Also, if you are not staying at the Staybridge Suites, please arrange to be at Staybridge Suites 30 minutes prior to bus departure.
